Interest Rate Code (IRC)

Transfer Rate and Liquidity Premium Rate did not get calculated in PCD integrated environment, when FTP process was called through webservice call.
Issue happens for floating rate (adjustable_type_cd = 50) & adjustable rate (adjustable_type_cd = 250) instrument records or when cash flow based method is used in Transfer Pricing (TP) rule.

However, when the same process was run directly from FTP User Interface (UI), the values did get calculated.

After applying FTP Patch 34185140 (, both Transfer Rate and Liquidity Premium Rate were getting calculated but only in the case of either Fixed Rate instrument (adjustable_type_cd = 0) or Non-CashFlow based TP method.

Steps to reproduce:

1). Create an FTP Process where TP rule (Cash Flow TP method) with Conditional Assumptions is attached to Adjustment Rule.
2). Use floating rate (adjustable_type_cd = 50) or adjustable rate (adjustable_type_cd = 250) instrument record.
3). Run the FTP process through FTP Web Services, from PDC UI.
4). Check which of Liquidity Premium Rate, Transfer Rate get calculated.
