Insbridge TV Returning Default Value 0 (Doc ID 2899802.1)

Symptoms

The TV Value is returning value of 0 when rating. This is functioning correctly while rating against other Soft Rater environments. Criteria for the table is another table CW - TTT Size Class - TV which returns in this instance the value "Extra-Heavy Truck-Tractor". The row in CW has this criteria value as "Extra-heavy Truck-tractor". Is the difference between lower to upper case causing the rating error? And why only in this one rating channel?
