TAMPRC job is calculating the amortization values when the prebilling days are non-zero
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

TAMPRC job should work properly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintained the Pre billing days 10 in the contract setup for monthly cycle.
2. created the account with monthly cycle. 25052022_LEASE_AMORT_M_1
3. run the TAMPRC job on every month end.
4. Getting no entries in the amortization screen.
