Unable To Add Secondary Supplier Via Item Induction (Doc ID 2900301.1)

Symptoms

In RMS, When attempting to add the Supplier to the Level 2 (Transaction level) item, RMS UI cascade the supplier to Level 1 (Style), but when same step is performed using the Item induction, for primary supplier addition it works fine however when adding secondary supplier then it is giving below error the following error occurs.

"Error ORA-02291: integrity constraint (RMS19DEV.ISMC_ISP_FK) violated - parent key not found returned by program unit ITEM_SUPP_MANU_COUNTRY_SQL.INSERT_MANU_CTRY_TO_PARENT_ITEM."


Steps To Reproduce
1) For the existing item(Level 2 -Transaction level) add the secondary supplier using the Item induction (NON PRIMARY Supplier)
2) Add the data in the tab ITEM-SUPPLIER, ITEM-SUPP-COUNTRY and ITEM-MANU-COUNTRY.
