ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
When a member is deleted from discount sharing group (DSG) during ongoing session with rating group change, the usage processed before delete is consumed from member balance instead of owner balance.
In the current scenario, this member is using 100MB (Rating Group 25) before going out from DSG and another 100MB (Rating Group 48) afterwards.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The 100MB should be consumed from owner balance.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create owner account (Login: 20220510000001)
Owner Balance (Resource ID: DSA) is 1000GB
2. Create member account (Login: 20220510010001)
Member balance(Resource ID: DA) is 1000MB
3. Create DSG
4. Initiate update request
Requested Service Units (RSU): 100MB
Session ID:SAT_20220510010001_S2
Request number: 2
Rating Group:25
Balance applied to Owner DSA: Active Reservation: 100MB
5. Update request.
Used Service Units (USU): 100MB
Request number: 5
Rating Group:25
Balance applied to Owner DSA: Active Reservation:100MB
Consumed Reservation: 100MB
6. Delete member from DSG
7. Update request with rating group change.
No USU;
Request number: 6
Rating Group: 48
Balance reserved at Member DA: Active Reservation: 100MB
8. Update request with rating group change.
USU: 100MB
Request number: 7
Rating Group:48
Balance reserved at Member DA: Active Reservation:100MB
Consumed Reservation: 100MB
9. Terminate request with USU= 0MB for both rating groups.
Request number: 39
Here the total usage 200MB is consumed from member balance only.
Member current balance DA = 800MB
Owner current balance DSA = 1000GB (no impact here)
