ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incremental View "HCD.V_SUBST_ADMIN_FB_INCR" run very slow after upgraded from OHF 8.0.1.to OHF 8.2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Incremental View "HCD.V_SUBST_ADMIN_FB_INCR" to run normally.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to OHF 8.2
2. Run incremental View ETL
3. The ETL run a long time to complete.
