Select a Schema from an Oracle Remote Location Fails with '504 Gateway Time-out' (Doc ID 2900788.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 3.2 version,

When attempting to select a schema from an Oracle Remote Location associated with a Load Set,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
504 Gateway Time-out


If attempting to access again the Load Set, the following error is generated:
"LSH Error :: ORA-20200: *** ERROR: Cdr_Exe_Lock.requestTransactionLockByName - Timed out when locking object: Lock $CDR$3901$4253$DEF is currently in use"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Define a new Oracle Remote Location.
2. Create a new Load Set of type Oracle Tables and Views.
3. Associate the Remote Location with the Load Set.
4. Attempt to browse through Remote Location schemas.
