ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Policy Allocation Screen - Equal Percent Box for Unlocked Asset Class doesn't work. V10 has "Equal Percent" box for Unlocked Asset Class, but it is disabled.V11 has "Equal Percent" box for Unlocked Asset Class, but it is enabled. When checking the box, the fund allocations go to 0% but the Class/Group total remains unchanged. The UI also allows the user to save the allocation in this incorrect state.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

either a disabled checkbox OR an enabled and working correctly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Allocations; open / un-collapse ‘RAVA5AD Investment Path 2’ model
2. There is an Equal Percent checkbox within each Class / Group. This check box is enabled.
3. Upon clicking on the Equal Percent check box:
4. Fund Percentages within the Class / Group become zeroes Class / Group Total rem
