Assignment type APPLY ignores negative amount(charge)
There is a difference with the assignment type APPLY. In UL premium transaction we have the premium charge as a negative amount in the APPLY assignment and it deducts that amount from the fund(s) in V10.
In v11 it appears to ignore the negative amount and the deduction doesn’t happen so the policy values are too high.
