Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), 12.0.0.3.0 version, Rating business logic,

ECE throws the below "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: non-disjoint ranges" Errors on Production environment.

Due to this exception, large number of Update/Usage requests fails which causing Termination request spike and steep deep in Active session.
