Symptoms

Testing of an InForm Remote Location Connection fails with below Error:

DMW-099 the database link for the remote location failed with error message ORA-12170 TNS connect timeout occurred

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a new InForm Remote Location.
2. Press "Test Connection" button.
