Symptoms
On : 12.0.0.4.0 version, Diameter Gateway
It is observed that when multiple notify spending limit is initiated from CHF to PCF, CHF doesn't wait for PCF response and give below IO error see in HTTPGateway logs

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate multiple notify spending limit
Abbreviations :

PCF - Policy Charging Function
SNR - Spending-Status-Notification-Request (SN- Request)
