Delete (Reversal) Icon Does Not Delete Activity (Doc ID 2901441.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.13 version, Activity

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following an upgrade from v11.2 to 11.3.1.13,
The user is attempting to delete a previously processed Activity.
They select the Delete filter, refresh screen so the delete icon appears on the Activity.
They click on the delete icon (trash can) and then the screen goes blank. After refreshing the screen the Activity is still processes and in the activity queue.
The workaround is to have the Activity recycled, then process the Reversal and then use the trash can to delete the pending Activity.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Activity to be Reversed after clicking the trash can.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the OIPA application.
2. Locate a Policy.
3. Adds the Delete filter and refreshes the screen to get the trash can.
4. After clicking on the trash can the screen goes blank.
5. After refreshing the screen this is how it appears.

Workaround is that the Activity is recycled, process the reversal and then use the trash can to delete the pending Activity
