Issue in parsing new MT standards

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Import the new configurations

Step 2 : Post the message

Step 3 : Check for alerts.

Expected result :

Alerts should be generated without issue.

Issue Encountered :

User encountered issue while posting payments.
