Goal

Why the CC_SWITCH_PATTERN and PIN_TOKEN_SWITCH still exist, whereas PIN_CC_TYPE_SWITCH is removed.
In Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 PatchSet7, PIN_CC_TYPE_SWITCH (9) is removed and PIN_CC_TYPE_CUP is 9.

Is the removal of PIN_CC_TYPE_SWITCH intentional or not?
