Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12.0.0.5.0 version, Billing Care
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Billing Care User Interface (UI), All Unallocated Payments screen, it is observed that the first column (Ref) is hidden below the second column (Created) by setting the width of first column zero. Due to this the value of first column overlap with second column which make second column value as unreadable (Junk value) . Also the user need to click on each row to see the exact dates.
Due to this issue, the value of first column overlap with second column which make second column value as unreadable (Junk value)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Unallocated Payments screen should display all columns without overlapping each other.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On 12.0.0.5.0 Billing Care UI, for a sample account make some payments
2. Go to Account History-->Unallocated Payments--->All Unallocated Payments.
3. Check if it displays only 5 columns. Also verify whether the First Column Header "Ref" is hidden below the second column Header "Created", due to which the value of first column overlap with second column which make second column values (Dates) as unreadable (Junk value).
4. On the overlapped coloumn, click on each row to see the exact dates.
5. Using Export tab, exported the csv file for these All Unallocated Payments and check if the exported file as all 6 columns ((Ref, Created, Payment Method, ID, Original Amount, Unallocated Amount.) displayed correctly.
