FTP Processes Fail After Cloning to New Server and Upgrade of Oracle Database and Client (Doc ID 2902130.1)

Symptoms

On FTP 8.0.7, have cloned old OFSAA server to a new servers. Tried to test ftp process, but first task failed w/any log. Clicked the view log, nothing appear. The following error is found in the nohup.out log for the agents:

ofstp: error while loading shared libraries: libnnz12.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Changes

Clone to a new server with upgraded Oracle Database.
