Error For GTS Tax issue, but Not Configured For GTS Tax (Doc ID 2902380.1)

Received an error reporting a GTS Tax issue, which should not occur since the environment does not have any GTS rule configured.

This may be when opening the PO Details screen for items with allocated quantities.
