Pages in P6 Web Take ~30 Seconds to Load When Navigating to a Different View/Page (Doc ID 2902419.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In P6 Web, when navigating to a different page it takes ~30 seconds to load regardless of the number of items to be displayed.   The issue occurs in all areas of P6 Web (Activities tab, Resources tab, EPS page, etc.).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The pages should load quickly.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Web, navigate to the EPS page and open a project.
  2. Navigate to the Activities view, observe the reported issue.
  3. Switch to another tab.
  4. Switch back to the EPS page, observed the reported issue.
