ALM Stochastic Process Fails With ofsrm: RateCnvt.cpp:109: void ConvertCompFreq(COMPOUNDING_FREQ, char&, int&): Assertion `0' failed Errors (Doc ID 2902471.1)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.7.4, all ALM Stochastic processes are failing with no errors in the debug log or written to FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS. The following error is found in the $FIC_DB_HOME/bin/nohup.out log:

ofsrm: RateCnvt.cpp:109: void ConvertCompFreq(COMPOUNDING_FREQ, char&, int&): Assertion `0' failed.


The process appears to crash without complete ALM debug log. The final statements in the ALM debug log show:

Module Logging OFS Access module data: /* 285: io_mcvarleaf::SetVARForLeaf*/

Module Logging OFS Access module data: /* 105946272: TM_Context::GetPaymentSchedule */


ALM Dynamic processes on the same table are completing successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Created multiple ALM processes and ran against a number of tables, each process fails with no errors
