Symptoms
When attempting to release a planned order from the Supply Chain Workbench, the following note is displayed.
ERROR

The project information you have entered maybe invalid due to the following reasons:
The desired date (DD-MON-YY) falls outside the project effective dates.
Please review the conditions and determine if the information is correct.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. Navigation: Supply Chain Plan > Workbench
3. Query a Planned Order to release
4. Select the 'Release' checkbox
