fcthreadexec - Performance Issues when Large Deal Volume
When Large Deal Volume (at both ORG_LEVEL = 5 and ORG_LEVEL = 3) the fcthreadexec batch takes a very long time. The INSERT into COST_EVENT_THREAD and DEAL_ITEM_LOC_EXPLODE in FUTURE_COST_THREAD_SQL.GET_ITEMLOC_DEAL will be called 100s of times for each thread of fcthreadexec and takes a long time to run.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create 100s of Deals at both Store level and Region level, each deal containing a single item.
2) Set fcthreadexec to be multi-threaded (16 threads)
3) Run fcthreadexec
4) Notice the long run times.
