Symptoms
There is a different behavior of balance consumption from Topup Bucket.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Steps to Performed:
1. Purchased Bundle 6 GB.
2. Consumed total of 6 GB.
3. Continued the same session and consumed more data. (Another 20MB as per Granted Service Units (GSU) and here the consumption allows with throttle speed.)
4. Purchased one more topup in the same session.
5. Continued the same session and consumed 10 MB of data.
In this case, 6.2 MB is coming under topup bucket instead of 10 MB.
