Rate Customization View Of Asset Page Is Throwing "Invalid Service Information" Error. (Doc ID 2902966.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 12, you can manage an account's assets, such as the services and charge offers owned, by using Oracle Communications Billing Care (BC).

BC allows you to modify product and discount related information after creating an account or purchasing a service, in order to do so click Edit in the Rate Customizations dialog box to modify the information.

 

There is a know issue where to following error message is shown when "Rate Customizations" option is selected:
