Symptoms

PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_CANCEL_PRODUCT opcode fails after customer has done the upgrade from Billing and Revenue Manager (BRM) 7.5 to BRM 12.0 PS5.  The data on which the opcode is executed is same. Still, cancel_product is failing on BRM 12.0, while is working fine on 7.5.
It looks like it is happening only for old accounts (created on 7.5 version).
