Symptoms

On FTP 8.0.5, when doing a command line offline object migration for a transfer pricing rule, there appears to be an issue with incorrect data in the fsi_master_dependency_details table.  Upon import, the rows in this table do not update correctly.

In the source instance, have changed the interest rate curve (IRC) curve mapped to a FTP rule and saved the rule. The rule is then migrated to the target environment.  Migration happens successfully without issue.  However,  when attempting to delete the old IRCs in target, received an error saying it had dependencies. When investigating the dependencies, have found that the IRC is still being referenced in the FSI_MASTER_DEPENDENCY_DETAILS table. This table added a new row for the new IRCS curve that was originally mapped in source in the transfer pricing rule, but after migration, it did not delete the record for the curve removed.

Able to work around the issue by going into the rule in target and then opening and saving the rule which then fixed the metadata in the table. However, this is not an acceptable workaround as there are a large number of these rules with changes and is not practical to go into and save each one every time after migration.

Same issue is found to exist in the upgraded 8.1.2 instance.
