Cloud Load Balancer Gets "502 Bad Gateway Error" When Pinging Agile (Doc ID 2904321.1)

Symptoms

Cloud load balancer has keep-alive cron job to ping Agile server periodically. From time to time, got the error message in cron job log, as described in Error:

 

Error:

--2022-09-21 09:45:01--  http://<DNSname>/Agile/default/login-cms.jsp
Resolving <DNSname> (<DNSname>)... 10.xx.xx.xx Connecting to <DNSname> (<DNSname>)|10.xx.xx.xx:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 502 Bad Gateway
2022-09-21 09:45:02 ERROR 502: Bad Gateway.
