Symptoms

When upgrading ALM 8.1.0.1 to 8.1.1.0, the following error occurs.

Error:
OFS_ALM_installation.log shows:
[INFO ]  Model upload status message : [123] Error in Upload Operation
[INFO ]  Model upload log :
[INFO ]  Time consumed by model upload process : 00 hours 24 minutes 52 seconds
[ERROR] Error in Model upload. So aborting installation

Model upload log shows:
Index modified so drop Index with Name: XAK1CONSOLIDATED_DETAIL_TEMPLATE_FSI_O_CONS_DETAIL_TEMPLATE.sql
ORA-01418: specified index does not exist

ETLService.log shows:
[DEBUG] [APP] [ETL] [NA] [DMMUPLOADHANDLER] Erwin Complete path.../ftpshare/INFODOM/erwin/
[DEBUG] [APP] [ETL] [NA] [DMMQUERYEXECUTOR] Error while executing Update :ORA-01418: specified index does not exist Query : DROP INDEX XAK1CONSOLIDATED_DETAIL_TEMPLATE

[INFO ]   [APP] [ETL] [NA] [DMMUPLOADHANDLER] Upload status msg is :: Altering the Model Failed.
