Issues In DQ Report On Dashboard (Doc ID 2904651.1)

Symptoms

Following are the issues observed after executing the data quality checks for the stg_ins_group_dimension_map table.

Summary Report:
1) The "Summary Report" shows double entries for errors.
2) The "DQ Summary by Category" report is blank.
3) The "DQ report by batch" multiple Batch Id's appear even after applying the dashabord filter.

Detail Report:
1) The "Batch description" prompt appears twice.
