Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.1 environment, while running transfer pricing process with adjustment rules along with some conditional assumptions defined, Liquidity Premium Charge Credit(LIQUIDITY_PREM_CHARGE_CREDIT) is incorrectly calculated as zero.

Transfer Rate, Transfer Rate Charge Credit, Liquidity Prem Rate are all getting calculated, except Liquidity Prem Charge Credit which is coming as zero, even though valid balance has been defined for charge credit calc and the checkbox for Charge Credit Calc got selected.

NOTE: This occurs only when adjustment rule has conditional assumptions. Liquidity Premium Charge Credit received correct output when running the process without Conditional Assumptions in Adjustment Rule.
