Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login into ECM application 

Step 2 : Open CS Cases 

Step 3 : Click on print under cs cases

Expected result :

Print function should work without issues.

Issue Encountered :

Invalid Request / Error while processing request
