ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The console indicator in PPM displays in red.

The following error can also be found in the Event Viewer Windows Logs > System log:

A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The console indicator should be black.
