Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 12 PatchSet 6, Vertex Manager connects BRM with the Vertex tax calculation database, which maintains current tax rates for a large variety of tax jurisdictions. By using Vertex, you can simplify how taxes are calculated and use the latest tax rates.

The following issue occurs after Vertex upgrade to 3.01.05 (64bit) version, in dm_vertex.pinlog:
