Naming Service Fails to Start With Error 126 (Doc ID 2906402.1)

Symptoms

The Naming Service (tao_cosnaming or nms-naming-service) fails to start with an error number of 126.

The log file has this in it:

Starting tao_cosnaming on update:17820
(1439639|1439639) EXCEPTION, TAO_Naming_Server::init_with_orb
system exception, ID 'IDL:omg.org/CORBA/BAD_PARAM:1.0'
TAO exception, minor code = 7e (endpoint initialization failure in Acceptor Registry; low 7 bits of errno: 126 Required key not available), completed = NO
Failed to start the Naming Service.
