RDC 5.0.x: "Contact Us" link is not working (Doc ID 2906533.1)

Symptoms

'Contact us' is not working when you click the link.

Steps to activate 'Contact us' link:

- Go to Application Server and edit RdcLogos.properties file on the below lines :

Note: The RdcLogos.properties file is located in OPA_CONFIG_FOLDER path.
         This path comes from registry entry 'opa5x' under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Oracle.


From:

image.ContactUsUrl=https://metalink.oracle.com/
image.ContactUsUrlRendered=false

To:

image.ContactUsUrl=https://<your_custom_URL>
image.ContactUsUrlRendered=true


- Save RdcLogos.properties file

- Restart Application Server

Steps to reproduce:

- Go to RDC

- Click on Contact Us (Button located in the bottom of the screen) => nothing happens

 No changes.
