Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Environment

Service Point Ongoing Sync Request, Negative Acknowledgement – Legacy Key not found for field…

When service points are synced from CCB to MDM when the service point source status is connected in CCB and Disconnected in MDM the sync fails with the error “Legacy Key is not found for the field Primary Usage Subscription value 299382811450.”

All other service point syncs are working correctly.

For example, when the source status is disconnected in CCB and connected in MDM it syncs correctly and MDM status updates to disconnected.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Query an SP in CCB with Service Point Source Status = Connected
2) Change the the Service Point Source Status = Disconnected
3) The CCB-MDM SP Sync completes successfully. SP Source Status in CCB and MDM show Disconnected.
4) Requery the SP in CCB.
5) Change the Service Point Source Status = Connected
6) The sync request in CCB has status of Waiting for acknowledgement.
7) MDM Inbound SP Sync Request is in Error with message: Legacy Key is not found for the field Primary Usage Subscription value 981241557000.
