Symptoms

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Step1: Go to customer screening
Step2: Go to real time screening tab
Step3: Enter data and press scan

Actual Behavior:
Getting an error in UI "Contact System Administrator"

Expected Behavior:
RT screening to be done successfully and get an response

Issue Encountered:
javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '2' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: 'localhost', port: 'xxxx'
failed reasons:
[0] address:'localhost/xxx.x.x.x',port:'xxxx' : java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
[1] address:'localhost/x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x',port:'xxxx' : java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
at org.glassfish.jersey.client.internal.HttpUrlConnector.apply(HttpUrlConnector.java:287)
