Fails to run Where Used Report with below error in the browser;

Error

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.




Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Web Client.
2. Run Where Used report,
3. Add the item number, and Next. (The selected item has many rows in the Where Used tab, i.e. 40 rows)
4. Select Output Format: EXCEL
5. Check on Top Assembly Items only, and Select Item Types, and Finish
6. Browser shows: Server is generating the report. Please wait...
7. About waiting for 5 min, gets below message and unable to get the output of the report:
   Failure of Web Server bridge:
   No backend server available for connection. timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent to OFF or method not idempotent.
   
   
   
   

Changes

Updated setUserOverrides.sh and restarted Agile Application Server to increase JVM Heap Memory to avoid java.lang.OutOfMemoryError in the Agile Application Server when Where Used Report is run.
