ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SDK IQuery to find objects in subclass 'Project' returns incorrect results if any of the Product Lines specified in the criteria is inactive.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
IQuery should return correct results irrespective of the Product Line(s) status.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Write a stand alone code to retrieve objects of a subclass using IQuery based on a criteria with Product Lines.
2. Run the code by passing inactive Product Lines as argument to the criteria.
3. IQuery returns invalid objects as results.

FACT:
Through web client search same criteria is giving correct results.
