LDAP User Was Sent Back to Login Screen After Entering Password (Doc ID 2907375.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.1.0 version, Directory Access Protocol

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When logging into Agile Web Client as a LDAP user enters usrname and password, then click the login button.
Instead of getting the welcome page, it immediately returns to the login screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to log into Web Client with the LDAP credentials

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log into Web Client with LDAP credentials
2. User sees login screen again.
