Periodic Auto-Creation of Business Process Records Is Not Being Triggered (Doc ID 2907735.1)

Symptoms

Source Business Process (BP) "BP1" line items are configured to auto-create target BP "BP2" records once a month around the 1st of the month.  However, there have been a few months now where the target BP record auto-creation was not triggered.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

A new "BP2" record should be auto-created around the first day of each month per the frequency setting.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Home > Master Log - Business Processes > BP1 > Find record # BP1-0100 > Open the record > view Line Item Details > Note BP2-0050 was auto-created a few months ago, but there has not been a new monthly auto-creation of BP2 records for the last two months.
  3. The expectation here is that a new BP2-xxx record # should have been auto created around the first day of the last two months, and it has not occurred.
