ReSA Total on v19.3.012 Frozen and Then Returned a PK_SA_VR_HEAD Unique Constraint Violation (Doc ID 2908061.1)

Symptoms

ReSA total freezes following an update to 19.3.012. Customer found sever Realms had already been populated including SA_TRAN_ITEM and V_SA_TRAN_ITEM_DISC_NET.

The application froze when the customer attempted to select the next tab, they waited, then closed tab and restarted ReSA.

Following this customer received error PK_SA_VR_HEAD unique constraint violation.

Changes

 Update to 19.3.012.
