Errors Related to Loading Taxcodes Mapping in CM And Pipeline Process Logs (Doc ID 2908092.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.6.0 version, Subscription Management

There are errors related to loading taxcodes mapping while Connection Manager (CM) or Pipeline is starting up. CM and Pipeline started successfully despite these errors.
However, these errors are making custom scripts to fail on the error checking steps.
