Termination Transaction did not allocate the Payment As Per The Spread

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payment allocation after the Termination is not happening as per the Spread
Posted the payment after the Termination transaction as per the payoff amount. Observed that entire amount is allocated to only the first Balance Type(Termination Depreciation) in the spread order for Termination transaction.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Balances should appear as per the spread for Termination
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the Lease Account with Amortized Calculation Method.
2. After one year post the termination transaction with buyout / without buyout indicator.
3. Do the Complete payment as per the payoff amount.
4. Observe the allocation.
