ALM 8.1.x: Import Button Not Visible in Excel Import/Export Screen While Definiing Behavior Patterns (Doc ID 2908502.1)

Goal

On ALM 8.1.x version, you are unable to see any Import option in Excel Import/Export screen while defining the Behavior Pattern. Only the Export button is visible (highlighted below).

Same happens in other screens where Import/Export feature is available.
