Not Able to Retrieve Failure List from BOC for Custom Jobs

Symptoms
In the Billing Operation Centre(BOC), for the out of the box jobs like Billing, Invoicing, customers are able to get the list of the accounts that were failed during the Job run when customer export the details with the option in the User Interface(UI) but user do not have an option to view the list of failed accounts for the custom job.
How to get the failed list for Custom Job also from BOC?
Steps to Recreate:
1. Create Custom Job from BOC.
2. Run the Job and if they are failed accounts, see that option is not available for custom Jobs.
