ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to modify Client Details via Client modification if received data in the Field is not in acceptable form.
Scenario:
• Received an application where Client phone number is in 9-digit ie. 123456789 Now GoodOrderCheck will create requirement for invalid phone number as expected.
• Modify Client Details via Client modification Activity to enter valid 10-digit phone number however the system does not allow to fix and save the valid phone number, because modify Client Screen is validating invalid data on opening the Client modify screen and does not allow to proceed further.
