We Are Getting One Error On Installing ECM 806 (Doc ID 2909040.1)

Goal

Below errors were appeared during  installing ECM 806.

 

1. Error while executing Update :ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object Query : CREATE INDEX CASE_ACCT_TYPE1_CD_IDX ON KDD_CASE_ACCOUNTS (ACCT_TYPE1_CD ASC) TABLESPACE DATA_ATOMIC_TBSP
[27-09-22 09:09:43,538 GMT AM] [DEBUG] [APP] [ETL] [NA] [MODELUPLOADHELPER] Log Message::::Error Executing Alter Table Scripts

After correcting above issue, again installation failed with below error

[Thu 22/9/2022 10:59:16] [OFS_ECM] [FATAL] - ETL Sources Creation failed.
[Thu 22/9/2022 10:59:16] [OFS_ECM] [FATAL] - Error78: Error occured while creating ETL
      String index out of range: -1
