JSON Non-compliant Messages On Alert Resolution Feedback (Doc ID 2909437.1)

Symptoms

User not received the feedback message in proper json if line breaks are included

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Step1. Log into FCCM TF.
Step2. When managing an alert, input double quote or carriage return characters in any of the text fields -i.e. user comments-.
Step 3 : Check in JMS queue the json response is valid

Expected result :
JSON must be in valid format in JMS queue

Actual result :
Invalid JSON has received

Issue Encountered :
Invalid jms response received when line breaks are used in comments section while taking actions for any alerts
