Symptoms

Issue encountered issue with filter option as below in CS

Steps to Reproduce:
Step1: Access CS and go to Filter and check drop down options of "Decision" or "Status"

Actual Behavior:
All available options are not shown in drop down options

Expected behavior:
All available options to be shown in drop down options
